Cancellations

Spellbound Salon Studio Strives to make each guest's experience magical. When you book an appointment that time is allotted for you and only you! Last minute cancellations are super hard to fill, if they can be filled at all. Not only does this hurt your stylist, but other Spellbound Salon Studio clients who needed to get in.

Spellbound Salon Studio requires a 48 hour notice for cancellation of your scheduled service in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you need to cancel, change or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice your card on file will be charged the cancellation/ reschedule fee. If canceling within 48 hours there is a 50% of reserved services fee, within 24 hours notice 75% of reserved services fee. Day-of Appointment Cancellations and No-shows incur a 100% fee.

Refusal to pay a late cancel or no-show charge will result in you needing to find another salon.

We do require a credit card to book and hold all appointments. If you do not place your card on file, we will be un-able to hold your appointment. 


No Shows

Clients who No Show will be blocked from online booking and must must pre-pay, in full, to book future appointments at Spellbound Salon Studio. If the client still No Shows after paying in full they will forfeit that deposit and must pay for the service, in full, again to book another appointment. After 3 missed appointment the client will be uninvited from returning to the salon.

Running Late

Please allow ample time to get to your appointment. We understand life is crazy and things happen; however, if you are running more than 10 minutes late (or 5 minutes for 30 minute appointments) according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled or may not be able to be completed to the full extent.

If you have to be rescheduled after the 10 minute window it will count as a no show and you will be charged for the services scheduled that day. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late.  

 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied.

*Please note if you text or call and we do not answer please still come to the studio door by your appointment time. The cell service is not always reliable in the salon, and sometimes texts and  calls do not come through. If you arrive and text or call and do not get a text or call back by your appointment time please come on back to see if we are still with a client.


Haircut and Color Adjustments

If there is something that you do not love about your cut or color, we want to make it perfect for you.  Please contact the salon within one week of your original service date and we will gladly do what it takes to make it perfect for you!

 

*Dissatisfaction in service results must be expressed within 7 days of the service and the client MUST return to Spellbound Salon Studio for the work/results to be evaluated and corrected. If a client is unwilling to return to Spellbound Salon Studio for review/evaluation or goes to another stylist/ salon for a correction, then the complaint is considered meritless and nothing else will be done.  If a satisfactory service resolution cannot be achieved after correction, then a portion of the initial cost of the service will be refunded. A change of end goal/ mind and color corrections are not eligible for corrections and you will still be charged for the services.

Head Lice

It is against Salon Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service, the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

 

*If you suspect you or any member of your household have head lice or have been exposed to head lice please let your stylist know so they can check you before you come into the building


Children

Spellbound Salon Studio is a Family Friendly Salon, however, children are not allowed in the salon if they are not receiving a service. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a color service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service is performed (you can find this form under the forms section). Spellbound Salon Studio does not service children under the age of 10 years old and has the right to refuse service if any child cannot sit still or causes a disturbance to the salon environment.

*If you are receiving a service please make sure you have child care covered. If you arrive with a child you will be rescheduled and charged in full for your services. Salons are busy and dangerous places for children with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments. Your stylist cannot give you their best work if they are also having to baby sit or work around you handling the child. This is your time to be pampered!
